1. Who we are
These terms apply to retreats and services offered by AYASELVA E.I.R.L. (RUC 20612470821), Carretera Yavari km 2, 16311 Tamshiyacu, Loreto, Peru ("Ayaselva").
2. Eligibility
Our retreats are for adults aged 18 and over. Ayahuasca is not suitable for everyone; participation depends on an intake process and an honest health history. We may decline a booking where participation would not be safe.
3. Booking & the intake process
Bookings begin with a personal call and a confidential health questionnaire. A place is confirmed only after this process. By booking you confirm that the information you provide is truthful and complete.
4. Prices & payment
Retreat prices are as published on our Pricing page and are all-inclusive as described there. A 15% deposit is due at booking to reserve your place. The remaining 85% balance is due no later than 7 days before the retreat starts. By paying the deposit, each guest agrees to this policy.
5. Cancellation & refunds
Deposit. The 15% deposit is non-refundable. However, it can be used as credit toward a future retreat at Ayaselva. Credit must be used within 12 months of the original booking date.
Cancellation by Ayaselva. In the unlikely event that Ayaselva needs to cancel your retreat, you will receive either a full refund or full credit toward a future retreat.
How to cancel. Send an email to info@ayaselva.com. A cancellation is valid only once confirmed by Ayaselva.
6. Health, safety & assumption of risk
Ayahuasca is a powerful plant medicine. We are not a medical clinic and nothing on this site is medical advice or a promise of any outcome. You are responsible for disclosing your full medical history and for following the preparation and safety guidelines. Participation is at your own responsibility, within the care and supervision we provide.
7. Conduct
For everyone's safety, we ask guests to follow the guidance of our team and to respect the medicine, the place, and other guests. We may end participation where conduct compromises safety.
8. Intellectual property
The content of this website (text, photographs, design) belongs to Ayaselva and may not be reused without permission.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Peru, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
